At MND FITNESS, our manufacturing plant comes fully equipped with complete production lines and testing equipment to accomplish
fitness equipment production in-house from raw materials to finished products, and execute strict quality control as well. We are delighted to show some of our production processes as you can see from below section to Demonstrate our production capability.
Raw material storage: we have a large inventory of raw materials (steel) stored in our warehouse, enabling us to meet customer demands of mass production.
The thickness of steel tubing is crucial in adding product quality, all our fitness Equipment uses high quality tubing with thickness of 3mm.
Utilizing laser cutting and engraving machines in our pre-production and cutting processes ensures high cutting precision while
providing exquisite patterns.
In addition to laser cutting, we also have CNC shearing machines, CNC pipe bending machines, CNC lathes and milling machines, etc.which are essential to allow us to deliver significant amount of reliable fitness products.
With coverage of 5,000 meter square, our welding workshop consists of multiple welding areas that can work simultaneously to meet the needs of mass production.
