For quick weight changes, simply flip one or multiple switches at a time, or instantly increase the weight by 10 lbs with just two flips. You can also add the included 2.5 lb micro-adjustment plates to each side for a 5 lb increase or just one for a 2.5 lb increase. The dumbbells feature a safe locking technology with Lock-N-Load steel switches that secure the plates without the need for complicated internal gearing. The manufacturer provides a lifetime warranty on these products, covering defects in material, functionality, and workmanship for as long as the product lasts. However, the warranty does not cover wear and tear from normal use, damage from abnormal or abusive use, negligence, accidents, or incorrect operation as specified in the user manual.
